Emotional Centering therapy is a practice that realigns your mind, body, and spirit. 

 Our trauma can manifest in physical form when we don’t process our emotions associated with painful experiences in a healthy way. 

During a session we address any emotional mental or physical discomfort. This can be related to family, work, relationships, your physical body, health, etc. any area in your life or body where you feel bogged down.

Reiki

The term comes from two Japanese words: “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a flow of a lifeforce of energy that happens in all living things.
